Error message when importing job information for global assignment employment:

Employment status could not be determined for user ***.
Add Global Assignment is missing for the user ***. Ensure that a Add Global Assignment record is created first.

Cause

The Event Date of the newly-added job information record is earlier than the Global Assignment start date.

Resolution

Change the Event Date of newly-added job information record to be equal or after Global Assignment start date.
