Symptom
- Users are managed in linked IAS instance
- When attempting to log in to the Admin portal with 'Sign in with User'. Error message: "Sorry, we were not able to find an account or a user with those credentials" displayed.
- Even though tried "Forgot my password" and reset the password. However, Same error occurs.
- When attempting to log in to the Admin portal with 'Single Sign On'. Error message: "The access is forbidden on server side" displayed
