3642448 - The Customer Return Shows the Error: Price and tax calculation not possible

The following errors appear in the customer return 

• Price and tax calculation not possible
• Currency not maintained in account  

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Go to Sales Orders - Returns 
2. Select and edit the Return: ABC (ABC represents the Customer Return ID)

The customer return shows these errors 

• Currency not maintained in account
• Price and tax calculation not possible 

The sales unit updated in the return ABC is not maintained in the account master data.  

To resolve this issue either you need to maintain the same sales unit in the return which is maintained in the account master data -> Sales Tab. 

Or 

You can add the sales unit and distribution channel in the account master data which is maintained in the return and then perform update pricing in the customer return ABC.
