Symptom

  • Within Process Governance, a new user group was granted the ability to view and search for specific cases.
  • Users within that group were provided with Workflow Accelerator and Enterprise Plus licenses before.
  • One user within the group is still unable to view any cases nor associated tasks, and could not find the cases via the search function either.
