3642483 - Exclude events from Process Conformance analysis in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence

While performing a Process Conformance analysis in Process Intelligence using the Widget "Process Conformance", you want to exclude certain events manually after the underlying Process Model has been mapped.

1. Open the Process Conformance widget in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.
2. Attempt to exclude specific events from the analysis using filters.
3. Observe that filters exclude entire cases with a certain activity rather than excluding the activity itself.

1. Access the settings of the relevant Process Model within the Investigation or Dashboard.
2. Locate the "Map activities" button and click on it to adjust the mappings.
3. Use the search function to find the events to be excluded.
4. Unlink the events by clicking the "Unlink" button next to the corresponding event.
5. Save the changes to the Process Model Mapping.
