3642565 - Rating labels in calibration report is displayed in a participant locale

The Calibration Report-Table does not support rating label localization. If a participant gives a new rating to a subject with a label in non-English locale, then the label of the new rating will appear in the Calibration Report-Table in this locale, even though the login locale of the reporting user is English.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Create a new Calibration Report-Table in Reporting, the default locale of a user is English.
2. Identify employees with changed ratings during a calibration session.
3. Observe that the "New Rating Label" column contains ratings in another locale, not in English.

This is the current expected behaviour similar to the Calibration Activity Report-Table Calibration Report-Table
