3642574 - Subtotal description does not appear in the invoice output

When using a custom pricing procedure, the subtotal description (eg: Freight) of the condition type does not appear in the invoice output.

The language maintained for the subtotal description is inconsistent with the language of the output determination, which is why it does not appear in the XML and PDF. 

Maintain the corresponding language for the subtotal description in the pricing procedure.

1. Open the configuration activity "Set Pricing procedure" (ID:101117)
2. Go to ---> Translation 
3. Choose languages
4. Enter Translations
