3642584 - Unable to view All Schedules in Report Centre with "Error occurred while fetching jobs"

Symptom

User is getting "Error occurred while fetching jobs" when selecting the All Schedules tab.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login
  2. Report Centre
  3. Select View schedules
  4. All schedules tab
  5. Get error "Error occurred while fetching jobs"

Cause

issue is caused by job owner who has been made inactive but his/her jobs are still scheduled.

Resolution

This issue is planned to be patched on March 24th 2026.

If you face this issue after this date, please raise a case with SAP Support.
