Symptom

  • While attempting to log into embedded SAC, an error message is displayed: "It seems that you don't have an active account. Please contact your system administrator and ensure you have an active account on this system."
  • The issue occurs when trying to design a new story or open/edit an existing one.
  • The error persists despite being logged in with the English language.
