Symptom

  • Users encounter the error message: "It seems that you don't have an active account." Please contact your system administrator and ensure you have an active account on this system when attempting to log into embedded SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). 
  • This issue arises while designing a new story or opening/editing an existing story. 
  • The error continues to appear even when logged in using the English language.
