3642732 - EAC values discrepancy in Projects Baseline/EAC/Ongoing and Review Customer Projects apps - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The EAC (Estimate at Completion) values in the "Projects - Baseline/EAC/Ongoing" app are not consistent with the EAC values displayed in the "Review Customer Projects" app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Review Customer Projects" app.
2. Check the EAC value for a specific project.
3. Open the "Projects - Baseline/EAC/Ongoing" app.
4. Compare the EAC value for the same project.

The "Projects - Baseline/EAC/Ongoing" app follows a different logic for EAC calculations. This discrepancy leads to differing EAC values. The app is planned to be deprecated in the future.

1. Use the "Projects – Plan/Actual" app (W0080) to review the EAC data for customer projects.
2. In the "Projects – Plan/Actual" app, select the plan category CPM Projects EAC (PRO03) to view the correct EAC data.
3. Schedule the job to transfer the estimate at completion via the "Transfer Project Forecast to Finance" app (F7292) to ensure the EAC data is updated in Finance.
