3642747 - Inconsistent prerequisite for CLA/ COA in case of irregular payments

Symptom

  • Issue noticed while processing payroll for an employee who has availed company-owned accommodation.
  • Irregular payment (incentive) not reflecting in /134 CRT in function INHRA.
  • /134 (CRT) is not picking up the incentive cumulated value and is taking it as zero.
  • /134 (RT) is taking only the current month's incentive value.
