3642761 - Error Message Encountered When Submitting Leave Payout Request

Symptom

  • When trying to create a Leave Payout Request, the following error is encountered;

         "[COE0018]System error. Please contact administrator."

  • You have configured Leave Payouts step by step as described in the Leave Payout section of the implementation guide.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central > Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. If the user is a HR/Admin user, go to Administer Time > then Account Payouts tab. If the user is a regular Employee, then go to People Profile > Time Management tab > Pay Out Time 
  2. Click on Create Payout Request 
  3. Enter in the relevant details and click submit
  4. See that the error occurs

Cause

In Manage Business Configuration > payComponentNonRecurring, the Enabled field has been set to 'No'

Resolution

The Enabled field must be set to 'Yes' in Manage Business Configuration > payComponentNonRecurring
