3642782 - Unlock option is greyed out for an archived request in DSO

DTP(delta) which is transferring the data to a DSO(standard) is getting failed due to the error 'data record locked by archiving request'.
Even when trying to unlock the archived request through status column in the archiving tab of the DSO , the unlock option is greyed out. 
The below error message also occurs:

Data record <n> locked by archiving request <request>    RSDA    239
<value> of <value> data records are in a locked area  'Message No. RSDA202'
