3642837 - User deactivation doesn't reduce site registration code redemptions count

Symptom

The number of site registration code redemptions remains unchanged when users are deactivated. The count increases when new users get registered through the site.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a site for users to register >
  2. The site is configurated with registration code and the number of redemptions can be monitored >
  3. It's observed that the redemptions count doesn't decrease when users are deactivated > It increases when new users get registered.

Resolution

This is the system’s expected behavior. Learning isn’t designed to reduce the redemptions count when users get deactivated.

To have a different system behavior, it'd be possible to have an enhancement request (KBA 2090228) created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
