3642870 - Requirement quantity changes after scrap confirmation in production orders.

During a scrap confirmation, the requirement quantity of components may change:

Scenario A:

-The requirement quantities of components assigned to subsequent operations are reduced if the confirmed yield for the predecessor operation is less than planned. 

Scenario B:

-The requirement quantities of components assigned to subsequent operations are increased if the confirmed yield for the predecessor operation is less than planned.
