Symptom

  • When opening a Premise in the detail view in SAP Service Cloud Version 2, the system throws the following error and the page does not load as expected:
  • “A type conflict occurred in parameter passing to the root IV_LANGUAGE of $ — error occurs for IsuC4cV2PremiseServiceGet Service.”
  • This affects only certain premises and is reproducible whenever those records are accessed.
