3642892 - Inspection not possible in MSR_INSPWH for partial GR when using ARM/EWM embedded scenario

Symptom

In customer return process, using an ARM embedded with EWM system, delivery does not reflects in MSR_INSPWH after posting a partial Goods Receipt. However, if Goods Receipt was posted with total delivery it works fine.
