Symptom
- Is there any requirement for the 'Fix login issues' Joule Platform Use Case to work?
- 'Fix login issues' Joule Platform Use Case does not work.
- Receiving "Oops, you don't have permission to perform this action." when trying to use 'Fix login issues' Use Case.

Reproducing the Issue
- Attempt to use the 'Fix login issues' Use Case in Joule.
- Receive the error message: "Oops, you don't have permission to perform this action."
Resolution
For the 'Fix login issues' Platform Use Case to work, the following permissions are required:
- Administrator Permissions
- Manage Identity Account and Group
- View Account Data
- Edit Account Data
- Unlock Login Accounts
- Manage Identity Account and Group
- User Permissions
- Account Data
- Account ID
- Account Type
- Login Name
- Status
- Account Data
Note: Target Population needs to be defined for all these permissions.
With these permissions granted, this Use Case enables administrators to diagnose the following SuccessFactors account login issues:
- Inactive accounts
- Missing login permissions
- Locked accounts
- Non-existent accounts
- Incomplete account data
Joule can quickly resolve the two following SuccessFactors account login issues when interacting with the user:
- Locked accounts
- Incomplete account data
For the other three scenarios of SuccessFactors account login issues, Joule provides a guidance message suggesting the next steps:
- Inactive accounts: Joule identifies the inactive status and guides the user to fix it i.e via User Data File import.
- Missing login permissions: Joule identifies the lack of login permission and guides the user to grant the necessary permission.
- Non-existent accounts: Joule identifies the non-existent account issue and guides the user on further steps.
