3642917 - Terminated Employee Time Off Balance Not Displayed in PPX Employment Details Card

• After terminating an employee via Employee Profile > Actions > Terminate, the Time Off Balance as of Termination Date is correctly simulated and displayed during the termination process.
• However, once the termination is saved, navigating to Latest People Profile (PPX) > Employment Details only shows Employment Details and Termination Details. The Time Account Balances section is missing.
• This issue is specific to the Latest People Profile (PPX) user interface. The Time Off Balance is displayed as expected in the legacy People Profile (PP3) UI.
• All required permissions have been verified, including Manage Time > Show Time Off Balance for Termination, and are correctly configured according to SAP's standard access guidelines.
• Notably, the Time Off Balance is visible in the Mobile App, confirming that the data exists but is not being displayed in the PPX UI.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Management

1. Navigate to Employee Profile > Actions > Terminate
2. Enter the Termination Date and Termination Reason
3. Observe the Time Off Balance displayed per the Termination Rule
4. Save the termination
5. Go to Latest People Profile (PPX) > Employment Details
6. Note that Time Account Balances are missing, although Employment and Termination Details are visible

• This is a known issue specific to the Latest People Profile (PPX) UI.

• The issue has been fixed and is planned for deployment in the 2H 2025 release.
