3642934 - Transport released from CBC and Manage Your Solution cannot be found in production system during system upgrade (2-System Landscape) - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Transport is released from SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) or Manage Your Solution, but it is not visible in the production system in 2-System Landscape.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Log into SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC).
2. Release the transport.
3. Navigate to the Import Collection in the production system.
4. Observe that the transport cannot be found in the production system.

During the upgrade process in a 2-System Landscape (2SL) environment, synchronization between the quality (Q) and production (P) systems is temporarily closed. This results in the inability to move transports to the production system while the systems are on different software versions.

For 2-System Landscape (2SL), transport is not allowed during system upgrade.

Need to wait for the production system upgrade finished and then import the transport request.

SAP recommends to finish all open projects before upgrade if changes are going to be imported in Production System.
