3642971 - Timeout issue occurs when previewing or downloading the billing document output using the custom form template - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When attempting to preview or download the billing output using the custom form template, the system keeps loading for an extended period and eventually times out in the browser. And the standard form template output works well.

One possible cause is that the custom form template involves multiple loops for data fetching.

• Adjust the custom template, as it might be contributing to the timeout issue. 
• Consider the use of scheduling, as there the time until timeout is much longer. Change the output item to 'dispatch time 2' and trigger the output via scheduling. The timeout limit for background jobs is significantly higher, so triggering the output this way might be effective.
