3643052 - To be hired status not updated when initiating crossboarding via Recruiting

Symptom

When initiating crossboarding via Recruiting, the to be hired status of both the new and old position was not updated.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Cause

Configuration issue. Admin Center > Onboarding General Settings->Enable Additional Internal Hire Activities is off

Resolution

  1. Go to Admin Center > Onboarding General Settings
  2. Switch on "Enable Additional Internal Hire Activities" option
