Symptom

  • Analytics installation fails and rolls back.
  • In the SAP Business One setup wizard installation log you can see exceptions such as:

[ FINEST] [OUTPUT1] Unzipping of conf.zip failed.
[ FINEST] [OUTPUT2] checkdir error:  cannot create conf/dahome
[ FINEST] [OUTPUT1]    creating: conf/dahome/script/
[ FINEST] [OUTPUT2]                  Structure needs cleaning
[ FINEST] [OUTPUT1]    creating: conf/dahome/script/install/
[ FINEST] [OUTPUT2]                  unable to process conf/dahome/
