3643132 - Contingent Workers Recruit Notification Email Not Triggering Via Import / API / CPI

When hiring a Contingent Worker via import, API or CPI, if the 'Contingent Workers Recruit Notification' e-mail is configured in 'E-mail Notification Template Settings', then it is expected to receive an e-mail on creation of the employee in the system. However, this e-mail is not being received as expected.

1. Create a Contingent Worker in the system, either via import, API or CPI
2. The 'Contingent Workers Recruit Notification' e-mail template configured in 'E-mail Notification Template Settings' is not sent to / received by the manager as expected

This is currently expected behaviour, as the Contingent Worker hire notifications from 'Email Notification Template Settings' are only supported when Contingent Workers are hired via 'Add Contingent Worker'. These notifications are not supported for Contingent Workers hired via import, API or CPI.

In order for this to be supported in the future, please consider submitting an enhancement request as per KBA 2090228.
