The Public IP of the SAP Cloud Connector (SCC) is needed to establish a connection between On-Premise environment and SAP Datasphere (via IP Allowlisting at SAP Datasphere)
This KBA clarifies who you should contact to obtain the public IP address of the SAP Cloud Connector (SCC) that is required to establish a connection in SAP Datasphere, based on different hosting scenarios for SCC and its proxy.

Resolution
When establishing a connection in SAP Datasphere to access an on-premise system via SAP Cloud Connector, it is often required to add the public IP address of SCC in Datasphere allowlist Add IP Address to IP Allowlist | SAP Help Portal.
Depending on who hosts the SCC and its proxy, the public IP address can only be obtained from certain responsible parties.
