3643161 - How to change Terminate action label under Take Action

• The key of Action < Termination is EMPFILE_HRIS_ACTION_TERMINATE, but when trying to use this key to change the label, it is not working.
• The label appears as "Terminate" in the debug environment, while in the en_US environment, the label appears as "Termination".

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to "Manage Language" and download the default labels for en_US.
2. Locate the key EMPFILE_HRIS_ACTION_TERMINATE, where the label is displayed as "Terminate".
3. Modify the label in the file to a new value (e.g., "Terminatetest") and upload it back to the system.
4. Create a custom translation for en_US and upload the modified file.
5. Verify whether the new label is reflected in the system.
6. Observe that the label remains unchanged in the user's profile.

The label for the "Terminate" action is controlled by the configuration in "Manage Business Configuration" under "actions" section, specifically the "terminateAction" field.

 The uploaded custom translation file does not override this configuration.
