3643204 - MSG_UH392: "euBP is not allowed for the hierarchy" Error During Upload of Financial Statement Version - SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

Error message "MSG_UH392: euBP is not allowed for the hierarchy" encountered when attempting to upload a Financial Statement Version (FSV) in the Synchronize G/L Account Master Data application.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Open the Synchronize G/L Account Master Data app.
2. Select the "Process FSV" and "Test run" options.
3. Choose Excel file from the local drive for upload.
4. Press the "Execute" button.
5. Observe the error message "MSG_UH392: euBP is not allowed for the hierarchy."

The issue arises because the Excel template used for the upload process is an older version that is incompatible with the updated system version. The system upgrade introduced changes to the Excel format and back-end code logic, leading to the error when older templates are used.

1. Download the latest version of the FSV Excel template from the source system that corresponds to the current system version.
2. Use the updated Excel template to upload the FSV in the Synchronize G/L Account Master Data application.
3. Verify that the upload is successful.
