3643213 - Cannot Create or Edit Manage Field Permission Groups – SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

The user is unable to create or edit Manage Field Permission Groups in the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

1. Go to the Admin Center.

2. In the Tools Search field, enter Action for all Plans.

3. Navigate to: Group Assignments → Manage Dynamic Groups → Manage Field Permission Groups.

4. Observe that the option to create or edit groups is unavailable.

Missing permissions: "Manage Permission Roles" and "Manage Users" under "Manage User RBP".

To access the Create or Edit group features under Manage Field Permission Groups, users must be added to the group that has access to the Manage Role-Based Permission Access feature.

Please follow the steps below to add users to this group:

1. Go to Admin Center.

2. Search for Manage Role-Based Permission Access (or find it directly via Action Search).

3. Click the Add User button.

4. Select the users you want to add.

Once selected user is added, the added user will have the access to " View Group, View Role, Edit Group, Edit Role" enabled by default.
