3643255 - Header note text from Purchase Requisition not copied to Purchase Order header text (Public Cloud)

When a Purchase Requisition (PR) containing a header note is converted into a Purchase Order (PO), the header note is not carried over to the PO header.
As a result, the PO is created without any header text, and the information entered in the PR header note is lost in the conversion process.
