3643392 - Currency field does not have any value in Trading Partner during Account Assignment

• You create a new company in configuration activity "Create Company" SSCUI 106040.  
• Previously you created companies via the old or deprecated SSCUI 100529 "Define Company".
• When posting a Journal Entry and attempting to change the account assignment Trading Partner field in the (F4) Search the newly created companies do not contain Currency.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition 

1. Create a new company via SSCUI 106040 "Create Company".
2. Post General Journal Entries.
3. Enter the header details.
4. Enter the line item details.
5. Attempt to change the Account Assignment - Trading Partner field.
6. In the search (F4) for the trading partner Currency is blank. (See screenshot)
7. For older companies created via SSCUI 100529 this field is maintained.
   
   

The currency field had no usage in the old or deprecated SSCUI 100529 "Define Company".  In the newer SSCUI for company creation (SSCUI ID 106040) there is no possibility to maintain a currency for the company anymore due to the fact that this currency is not used anywhere. 

As per the cause there is no possibility in the newer SSCUI for company creation (SSCUI ID 106040) to maintain a currency for the company anymore due to the fact that this currency is not used anywhere.
