3643481 - Why am I unable to award a Custom Created Scenario in Guided Sourcing?

Symptom

  • Users are unable to award a manual scenario in Guided Sourcing.
  • Error message: "The scenario you selected does not contain suppliers or line items. Update the scenario with suppliers and line items and try again."
  • Pre-formatted scenarios with automatically selected items and suppliers can be awarded, but this does not meet requirements for supplier comparison and awarding.
