Does Recruiting Marketing (RMK) Advanced Analytics provide data for internal candidates or does it only reflect external candidates?

RMK Advanced Analytics can include data for internal candidates, even if the Internal Career Site Builder is not enabled in the customer’s environment.

To ensure internal candidates are captured:

1. Modify the Advanced Options settings in the report configuration to include all ATS records, not just those from CSB candidates.
   • This allows internal candidate data to be reflected in reports, as shown in the example figure: Report on Internal Candidates.

Important Notes:

• Internal candidates will not have a clearly defined source. They will typically appear with "No Source" or "No Type" in the analytics.
• This will allow tracking internal applicants, however it will not track visitors in ICS
• Customers can analyze candidate data using:
  • Current Referrer: Groups applications by the source that referred the applicant during the visit.
  • Original Referrer: Groups applications by the source used when the applicant first joined the Talent Community or created an account.
