When using Process Governance standard workflow 'Approval with Sync to SAP Cloud ALM' to automatically sync diagrams from Signavio to Cloud ALM, some diagrams are not synced and user gets below error email notifications:
The export to SAP Cloud ALM could not be initiated due to one of the following reasons
• the sync mode is not set to Auto,
• the model was not found in Signavio Process Manager or the SPM Authentication Email in the configuration was updated
• the model revision is not the latest
