3643548 - short dump during purchase order creation with TM integration relevant purchasing group in sap s/4hana cloud public edition

When TM integration relevant Purchasing Group (007 - TM Int Planning) is used in PO creation, the system throws a short dump:

The issue occurs because the receiving point is not determined for the Plant-SLoc combination. In TM, a receiving point is necessary to be able to determine the respective (ASR relevant) location.  

The configuration for assigning goods receiving points for inbound deliveries is missing for the relevant plant and storage location.

Maintain the configuration activity 102337 - 'Assign Goods Receiving Points for Inbound Deliveries' for the combination of Plant&Storage Location&Receiving Point.
