3643618 - Onboarding candidate does not appear on onboarding dashboard due to invalid employee subgroup mapping - Onboarding

• Candidate does not appear on the onboarding dashboard.
• BPE Error message: "xxxx is not the expected value for Employee Subgroup because you selected Employee Group. Please select a valid Employee Subgroup or select a different value for Employee Group."

1. Initiate onboarding for a candidate.
2. Observe that the candidate does not appear on the onboarding dashboard.
3. The error in Business Process: "xxxx is not the expected value for Employee Subgroup because you selected Employee Group. Please select a valid Employee Subgroup or select a different value for Employee Group."

• Mapping issue between the employee group and the employee subgroup in RCM. The incorrect option ID for employee subgroup was mapped, which caused the Business Process Engine (BPE) error.

1. Verify the mapping for the employee group and employee subgroup.
2. Go to Picklist Center, search employmentType picklist, confirm the parent value of employee subgroup is the mapped employee group.
3. Correct the employee subgroup mapping in RCM by ensuring the valid option ID for the employee subgroup is selected.
4. Restart the BPE error by navigating to the home page, To-Do tile, Business Process.
5. Confirm that the candidate now appears on the Onboarding Dashboard without errors.
