3643643 - WCOCO_PO_ADJUST: flag "Delete worklist after processing" not working

Symptom

While executing WCOCO_PO_ADJUST transaction with setting the flag 'Delete worklist after processing', the worklist is not being deleted finally.  Thus the number of obsolete worklist starts to increase, which may cause on long term performance and memory issues.
