Symptom

  • The requirement to adjust availability control (AVC) logic to check commitment budget availability at the contract level and payment budget availability at the purchase order (PO) level.
  • Both contracts and POs are categorized as commitments, and there is no standard update profile to separate them into distinct ledgers.
