• Email status cannot be restricted to display emails only from a specific country or region.

• Once a user has permissions to Email Services, the system does not support further restrictions to display emails only from a particular country or region.
• If logged in user has permission to Email Services, they have permission to all emails sent in email status, you can use the filter option to search for particular emails.

1. Confirm that the user has permissions to Email Services.
2. Note that the system does not provide functionality to restrict email visibility based on country or region.
3. Consider raising an enhancements if this functionality is critical to business requirements.
