3643745 - Error when saving a query in BEx Query Designer

Symptom

When saving a query in BEx Query Designer, the following errors occur:

  • Program error in class SAPMSSy1 method UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
  • An exception with type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB was raised, but not handled locally or declared in RAISING clause
  • The system tried to insert a data record, even though a data record with same primary key already exists

This issue occurs especially after upgrading SAP GUI to version 8000.1.13.
