3643760 - "Interview Status" column is displaying -1,972 values in Story Reports - RCM/ANA/SAC

The "Interview Status" column in Story Reports is displaying the value -1,972 instead of the expected values null, "Pass" or "Fail".

The report preview shows the value as "null", but the actual report displays it as -1,972.

The database contains raw values: 0 (Fail), 1 (Pass), and -1972 (not rated). The report correctly resolves 0 to "Fail" and 1 to "Pass", but fails to resolve -1972 to "null".

1. Create a Report using Query Builder that is relying on a Query that includes the table RCM_JOB_APP_INTERVIEW that includes field RCM_INTERVIEW_OVERALL_ASSESS.
2. Note that for some candidates, the value is displayed as -1,972 instead of "Pass" or "Fail" when viewing the data in a Table of a Chart widget.
3. In the Query Builder preview window values that have null associated are displayed as empty cells.

This occurs for Anonymized candidates. SAP Analytics Cloud shows the value ID if the "DESCRIPTION" entry is empty.

Since anonymized candidates have their data anonymized, similarly to the picklist behavior that it would show the option ID for anonymized candidates, the anonymized candidates' Interview Status column in Story Reports will display as -1,972 for the entries that are empty, which is the database translation for null. This means that the interview for this applicant was not rated by the operator.

This is considered a system expected behavior, an intended design for Story Reports, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
