3643762 - Payment batch not created from the Make Bank Transfers app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Payment batch not created when executing payment from the "Make Bank Transfer" app.
• Error message encountered: "Format tree /IN_CGI_XML_CT_V3 does not exist for tree type PAYM DMEE_ABA 003 E".
• Clearing document generated, but no payment medium or batch created.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Make Bank Transfer" app.
2. Attempt to execute a payment using a payment method configured with the DMEEX tree.
3. Observe that the payment batch is not created and the error message is displayed.

• The DMEEX tree "/IN_CGI_XML_CT_V3" does not exist for the specified tree type.
• The payment method configuration was changed to reference this non-existent DMEEX tree, leading to the failure in creating the payment batch and payment medium.

1. Navigate to SSC-UI 101972 "Setup Payment Methods per Country for Payment Transactions" and click on the "Configure" button.
2. Locate the payment method for Country ex. IN.
3. Click on "Format in Company Code" and update the configuration to replace the line referencing "/IN_CGI_XML_CT_V3" with a valid DMEEX tree, such as ex. "/IN_CGI_XML_CT_V1".
4. Save the changes and test the payment process again to ensure the batch is created successfully.
