3643791 - Is it possible to make the join talent community button editable when adding a candidate manually - SAP SuccessFactors recruiting

• The "Join Talent Community" button field is not editable when a recruiter adds a candidate manually.
• Recruiters cannot directly add candidates as members of the Talent Community.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module.
2. Attempt to add a candidate manually.
3. As a recruiter, observe that the "Join Talent Community" button field is not editable.

Expected behavior

It is not possible for recruiters to edit the "Join Talent Community" button field. The candidates must explicitly consent and voluntarily join the Talent Community themselves.
