3643817 - Approval status dropdown in Manage Debit Memo Requests app

Symptom

  • The "Manage Debit Memo Requests" app (F1988) does not display the approval status descriptions. There is also no dropdown when using the approval status as filter, instead, F4 help is shown without descriptions.
  • The "Manage Credit Memo Requests" app (F1989) displays the approval status dropdown with relevant status and descriptions, enabling users to filter based on status information.
  • In F1988 app instead of description of approval status the system shows the key values.
