3643826 - One-Time Payments deleted during Rehire with Old Employment - Onboarding

Symptom

One-Time Payments are deleted when an employee is rehired with old employment.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. An employee has One-Time Payments maintained from previous employment.
  2. Rehire the employee with old employment.
  3. Observe that previously maintained One-Time Payments are deleted.

Cause

Configuration of Manage Data > Hire/Rehire Configuration > Default Compensation Information during rehire is set to "No".

Resolution

  1. Navigate to "Manage Data" in the system.
  2. Select "Hire/Rehire Configuration" and choose the standard configuration (MATCHINGUSERCONFIG).
  3. Click "Take Action" and select "Make Correction".
  4. Update the field "Default Compensation Information during rehire" to "Yes".
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Test the configuration with a new candidate to confirm the resolution.
