Symptom

Upgrade fail with

Info: saphostcontrol: Executing LiveDatabaseUpdate
Error: sapdbctrl: Server message: Number 10321, Severity 14, State 1, Line 273, Server SID, Procedure sp_version --- Message string: Ad-hoc updates to system catalogs not enabled. A user with System Security Officer (SSO) role must reconfigure system to allow this.
