3643943 - Analysis tips for the Network Administrator for Remote Print issues

Symptom

Remote printing fails, and network / communication error messages are logged into the SM21 / SM50 / SP01 logs.

These messages indicate that there was a connection / communication error with the remote LPD program.

Basic network analysis was done, which did not return any issues.

Since SAP Support / SAP Development cannot help with networking problems, the Network Administrator needs additional help how this situation can be analysed.
