3643965 - My Inbox Purchase Order (PO) app tile shows count X but when click shows count Y

Symptom

  • There is a discrepancy issue between the My Inbox tile count versus clicking, it shows a different number
  • My Inbox shows 72 item count in the Dynamic Tile display however, when clicking the Tile, it shows only 62, and it is missing the 10 per the tile count.
