3643994 - Employee Profile Header - Email field is not synchronized with contact information email

• Email updates are not reflected in the employee profile header
• HRIS sync and basic info import jobs fail to update email addresses in the employee profile.
• The employee profile header displays outdated email information despite successful imports.

1. Conduct a basic info import with updated email addresses.
2. Validate the import file and execute the import job successfully.
3. Verify the employee profile header and note that the email addresses remain unchanged.
4. Update the email address via contact information portlet and save.
5. Verify the employee profile header  and see email address remain unchanged. 

• Only business email types are synced during the hard-coded HRIS sync process.
• The email type for affected employees was set to "personal" instead of "business," preventing updates to the employee profile header.

1. Verify the email type for affected employees in the contact information portlet.
2. Update the email type to "business" for the affected employees.

• Note: The external code for the picklist option for "business" email is "B."

1. Re-run the HRIS sync job to synchronize the updated email information.
2. Confirm that the email addresses are now updated in the employee profile header.
