3644007 - CTI Widget Not Used for Outbound Calls in Digital Selling Workspace

Symptom

  • The CTI Widget is no longer being used for outbound calls within the Digital Selling Workspace.
  • When a user clicks on a phone number, the system attempts to initiate the outbound call using an external application via a browser link (e.g., tel: URI), bypassing the CTI Widget.
