3644039 - Error in distribution changing GR-Based Invoice and Evaluated Receipt Settlement flags in Central Contract

Symptom

When changes are made to the GR-Based Invoice Verification (WEBRE) and Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS) (XERSY) flags in the Manage Central Contracts app, the system is failing to replicate these changes to the distributed contract. As a result, the distributed contract is not updated, and an "Error in distribution" status is triggered in the hub system.
